Need advice - .uk domain name registrant types?

What's the UK law on businesses (especially limited companies) registering .uk domain names and passing themselves off as 'UK Individuals'?

The reason I ask is because I am researching a leading UK media organisation.

Any help would be brilliant, thanks in advance!Need advice - .uk domain name registrant types?
An individual can own a Ltd company of one person (themselves).

Any Ltd Co can therefore reasonably use .ltd.uk address.

A non Ltd registered (at companies house) business using the ltd.uk address is down to the registrars of the domain.

If a company of many people is passing itself off as a single person as opposed to you dealing with individual consultants within that company, then maybe thats misrepresentation. I struggle however to see how that its anything to do with the domain registration, only how a company is advertising itself and its services.
