Satellite radio UK advice needed?

I need a removable satellite car radio that works in the UK with whatever service they have here, but also gives me the option to use it when I move to the US with XM radio and such. I would prefer to have a jack connection rather than the casette adapter too please.

J There is not one that I have heard of. Each satellite radio braoadcasts in just one or the other country. Not both countries.
