Hi,i was on it in 2007 and it cost 50 quid a week (im male so was on 4 packs a day) if u can stick to it the losses are amazing,i lost 4 stones in 12wks but its very hard at the start with feeling hungry and u end up goin a bit doo lally,u will feel weak and very irritable and goto the toilet about 15 times a day (no joke) this diet is good for slimming for an event (holiday,wedding etc) but long term forget about it,when i came off it i stuck to a strict low fat diet and was still putting on 2lbs a week! the prob was my metabolism had slowed down to a crawl and was holding on to EVERYTHING i put in,so just think about it before to embark on the CD,but either way,good luck whatever u decide
