Now few things I would like to know before I can answer ur question with legal point of view.

1) Did you marry the mother of your child (in UK)? (marriage certificate etc)

2) What country the mother of your child originally comes from (if not local British)?

3) If married, then did you get divorced ?

4) Was ur daughter born, after you got married with her mother?

5) Have u been paying maintenance for ur daughter (do u have records for that, bank transfers etc.)?

6) when u went to Pakistan, didn't you have visa valid enough to return to UK? What made u stay in Pakistan long enough to have ur visa expired?

Being the part of child's life is important, also its important for child to know %26amp; meet father on regular basis, but sometimes its just not possible.

It doesn't matter where you come from %26amp; ignore the messages who are ranting, you have a right to ask a question and deserve a serious answer.

You have option, to apply for visa ';Access to child resident in UK';, you can use that one to visit ur daughter on regular basis.A faters in pakistan wants to be a part of his child in uk please advice?
do you know where to find your daughter, if not find some way to 'trak her down'. se if you can talk to the perant/gardian of your child and talk to them first its better than barging in belive me thay could be a bit angry that you left. explaine to them it wasn't your fault you had to leave and that you are very sorry for that. but please you just want to be a part of your baby girls life.
You could ask the woman if her and your child would like to come to Pakistan. That way you can be the father you so desire to be.....or am i just being silly.
Stay there . You should never have been in the UK in the first place .
why cant you all live in pakistan?
If you can prove you are Father of that child - then you can use that basis to apply for immigration to the UK - especially if you have education and can get a job.

If you want to stay living in Pakistan, then I would ask the mother if you can visit sometime, or send letters and small presents sometimes.

They probably won't let the child visit you - since they know by Islamic law you can keep the child a prisoner as the father.
