Legal Advice needed UK only please?

My friend was electrocuted at work a year ago and the company admitted 100% liability. she has since developed ptsd, anxiety problems, depression, and fears of electricals. She can not even switch a kettle on without having a panic attack. She would like to know what is the average compensation payout?

she also i scared to ask her solicitor on advise or suggestion on how to present her self to maximise her compensation. could anyone help so she could see that will be sorted out.Legal Advice needed UK only please?
Her symptoms are a load of balls

All she is after is compensation %26amp; deserves a big fat ZEROLegal Advice needed UK only please?
If the injury she is alledging is psychological, then damages will depend heavily on expert medical evidence. A concerted attempt to ';play up'; her symptoms would (a) probably be noticed during an examination and (b) damage her credibility. Ultimately, in a case where liability is admitted it is likely that any legal action will be settled without trial.

As to likely damages, she would do well to ask her solicitor.
Compensation payout depends on how her symptoms compare to past awards for the same sort of thing and therefore are entirely dependent on what her expert medical reports say is wrong with her. Therefore if her solicitor is in a position to estimate the damages for injury they will be able to answer the question when asked. As for non injury compensation she is entitled to recover the reasonable financial losses caused by the accident. This might be loss of earnings or cost of medical treatment and so on. The solicitor will put together a list of these based on the information she gives about them. Everyones financial loss will be different.

The best way to present herself is to tell the whole truth and nothing but the truth, as lying (especially exaggerating) will cause more problems than it is worth and could mean she ends up with nothing (or a bill).

As far as telling the solicitor or medical expert what is wrong it is a good idea to keep brief written notes about the effects are on a day to day basis so things aren't missed or forgotten months in the future when somebody asks the questions.
Each compensation award is made on its own merits so there's no way of telling whether it'll be 拢3000 or 拢7000 in my opinion. What I can tell you, based on the post, is that the extent of the symptoms which are being attributed to the event will require extensive supporting evidence and your friend should anticipate a wait of several years before this matter is settled.
