Im looking for a new desktop PC for anything up to around 拢200. It will mainly be used for internet/gaming. Prefferable bought through ebay unless better deal elsewhere. Im not quite sure what a good spec is. Could anyone suggest some good performance PC's or find any listings worth bidding for on ebay?

Well, I'm not sure you'd get a good performance PC for around 拢200, well, I'm not sure on Ebay. You probably could if it's operating system was Windows XP, not sure for Vista though.
Here's some decent specs for an average computer that can handle multiple applications running, and general games:
RAM: 2Gb
Hard-Drive: around 120 - 160 Gb
Graphics Card: Nvidia Geforce - These are extremely good; however, that comes at a price, these aren't exactly cheap.
Processor: Around 1.80 - 2.00 Ghz should be good, I'd recommend 2.00Ghz at least though.

拢200 is a very limited budget for a PC theses days,you're gonna have a small amount of HD space.(around 60/80/120gb HD ) and the other parts will give you limited spec to upgrade it.
拢300 upwards would be better.
